Delete Your Account & Data
This page explains how anyone who uses Cybix — owners, administrators, and team members (employees) — can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How Cybix accounts work
Cybix is a business platform. Each organization has a workspace created and owned by an account owner. The owner can invite administrators and team members (employees) to that workspace. The workspace and the business data it contains are owned by the organization and its account owner (the data controller); Cybix maintains the platform on their behalf. Because of this, the deletion path depends on your role — both options are below.
Requesting deletion
You are the owner of your workspace and its data. You can cancel your subscription and request full deletion of your workspace and the data it contains at any time from the Cybix portal at portal.cybix.us, or by emailing us at the address below.
The data in a workspace belongs to the organization you work for, not to individual members, and your account is managed by that organization. To delete your account, your access, or any data, please contact your workspace owner or administrator — they can remove you from the workspace and request deletion on the organization's behalf. Because the data is owned by your employer, Cybix can only act on deletion requests submitted by the account owner.
Email request (account owners)
Account owners can send a deletion request to privacy@cybix.us from the email address associated with the Cybix account, and include:
- Your full name and the email address used to sign in as the account owner
- Your workspace name or workspace URL (e.g. yourcompany.mycybix.com)
- Whether you are deleting the entire workspace or removing a specific member and their personal data
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect against unauthorized deletion. We will confirm by email once your request has been completed.

We process deletion requests promptly, typically within 30 days. Data retained for legal or accounting obligations is deleted once those obligations expire. Backups are purged on our regular backup-rotation cycle.
