Cybix is a business software platform provided by CyberGlobalNet LLC, based in Maryland, USA. We offer hosted SaaS solutions and related services to businesses. All references to “Cybix” refer to the platform operated by CyberGlobalNet LLC.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of data:
- Account Information: Name, email, business name, billing address
- Payment Information: Handled securely by Stripe or PayPal (we do not store credit card numbers)
- Service Data: Data you enter into the platform, including customer records, files, communications, and transactions
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device info, and interaction logs
- Marketing Data: Email preferences, engagement with promotional messages
- AI Voice and Telephone Interaction Data: If you use our website voice assistant, start a web-based call, call one of our business phone numbers, or otherwise interact with our AI-powered phone or voice systems, we and our service providers may collect and process voice audio, call recordings (if enabled), conversation transcripts, keypad inputs, caller phone number, call time and duration, technical session metadata, and interaction logs related to the call or voice session.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- Payment Information: Handled securely by Stripe or PayPal (we do not store credit card numbers)
- Communicate with you about your account and updates
- Send marketing or promotional communications (only if opted-in)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
- provide and operate our website voice assistant and AI phone agent;
- answer questions and route or assist callers;
- improve call quality, agent performance, and service accuracy;
- create transcripts or logs for quality assurance, support, sales, analytics, fraud prevention, and security;
- troubleshoot technical issues; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Note: While we take extensive precautions to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Use our platform at your own risk.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information based on:
- Performance of a contract (e.g., access to the SaaS platform)
- Legal obligations
- Legitimate interest (e.g., improving services, preventing fraud)
- Consent (for marketing communications)
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We may share your information with trusted subprocessors and partners to operate our Services, such as payment processors, infrastructure providers, domain registrars, customer service tools, and email communication services.
This may include providers that support AI voice conversations, call routing, telephony, transcription, call analytics, and customer communications.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Subprocessors
To deliver and support our Services, we use third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that may process data on our behalf. These subprocessors are contractually obligated to protect your data.

- OpenAI – Customer service and chatbot AI

- ElevenLabs – AI voice agent, speech processing, transcription, and conversation handling

- Aminos.ai– AI-based customer support
- MailerLite – Marketing emails
- Mailgun – Transactional emails
- Cloudflare – Security and performance optimization
- Zapier – Automation platform
7. International Transfers
If you access the Services from outside the USA, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to such transfer.
8. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After cancellation, we delete your SaaS project in accordance with our internal processes. Certain metadata, such as business name, account history, billing-related records, support history, and operational logs, may be retained for legitimate business and legal purposes. For AI voice and telephone interactions, retention may include call transcripts, interaction logs, and, if enabled, audio recordings. These items are retained according to our operational needs and service provider configurations.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data
- Withdraw consent
- Object to processing
- File a complaint with a data protection authority

10. Data from Children
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
