  • 1. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Absolutely. You can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

  • 2. What happens to my data if I cancel?

    If you cancel your subscription, your SaaS instance will be deleted. However, metadata such as business name and account history will remain on our billing system for internal recordkeeping.

  • 3. What’s included in each pricing plan?

    Each plan includes access to specific capabilities (modules). You can compare all plans and their included features on our Pricing page. Smart Solutions are sold separately.

  • 4. Is the platform multilingual?

    Yes. Cybix currently comes in English and Spanish. You can also add your own custom translations and display your system in any language you choose.

  • 5. Where is my data hosted?

    Cybix is hosted on secure servers through CyberGlobalNet. All data is encrypted and backed by a 99.9% uptime SLA.

  • 6. Does Cybix offer support?

    Yes. We offer email support and an in-app help center. Additional support options are available depending on your plan.

  • 7. Can I use my own domain?

    Yes. You can register a domain through us, or connect your own custom domain if you already have one.

  • 8. What if I don’t have my own domain?

    No problem — your Cybix workspace will be installed under our domain: mycybix.com. You’ll receive a personalized subdomain like yourbusiness.mycybix.com, so you can get started right away without needing to buy a domain.
